Dead fish in the canal in Penkridge

Last night I saw loads of dead fish in the basin above the boat pub lock and all the way up to the cross keys. There were some big carp and loads of big roach too. Didn't see any small fish.
The tonight there was this nice pike....

This needs to be reported to the EA 0800 807060 That number should be in every anglers phone, don't forget it is on the back of the rod license.

Not good at all to hear something like this, havent our natural waterways suffered enough in the last few years. Let's hope something is done.

We have had our bailiff take a look and he only saw 1 dead carp haven't heard anything else at all

You all know where I work we know nothing about it on rest days Monday an Tuesday Paul phoned yesterday been up there today 1roach an 1 perch that's I have seen you can walk any canal this time of year and see dead fish if l find anything out I will post on here
