Nice one Callum to hear your report and feedback on the festivals.
Good to read up and appreciate the time you take to write this up.
I do try to follow as best I can the updates on the News Reel site and look forward to getting a feel for the competition and I see how 'peggy' it can be.

Little Martin Trice who won the festival is well known to me as was in my match team in Kent few years ago.
Martin and Robert Williams (who ended up 4th) are fantastic young versatile anglers and can turn their hand to all styles of match fishing, like yourself......I am only jealous.
Bad luck to those who drew poorly but a huge well done to Martin for a fantastic win,no doubt having bit luck in the drawbag as well.
But isn't that what it is all about sometimes.?
Keep an eye on Martin and Robert in the future.

We are on the Royal Military Canal Sunday and I will no doubt be up against these lads.
