Chuffed to bits considering there was alot of good anglers in attendance. i dont fish canals and stuck it out for the bigger fish and it paid off. Nothing complicated just very lucky.

Mostly, thankyou for those that came and supported the forums. Si puts alot of time and effort into them- and im glad we had a very good turn out and members from all over. The food after was a treat- thankyou to the food people.

i love fishing days like yesterday are few and far between for me as team angling is far too serious in today's world
gem great performance and very modest of you to stick to your guns and fished sweetcorn takes man balls it wasn't luck gem but a good choicei don't think another angler fished sweetcorn for as long as you thats why you caught top marks and bleed this one out for a long time  specially Simon what was it
for me the day was great budgie was really trying to beat the joffmiester and nearly did until the perfect presentation of a worm payed off and a 4lb tench came my way malc sprucy i'm sorry for shouting malc i think white boilies might of been the wrong choice talk to your daughter mate

its the first time i've had a bridge named after me although i did see lee's phone number on the wall under it lee was quite quiet when he realized the ford fiesta that had been driven into the cut had a full tank of diesel

well done to gem for showing us blokes how its done but please find something for simple to eat the night before as the wind was terrible on our section . it was nice to see obis peg being used as the toilet and not mine as usual. thanks to those who arranged the day. it was great and to pit my wits against some esteemed anglers on a nice stretch of canal, looking forward to the cannock extention opening soon
