anyone know much about cars?
mine has finaly packed up so in need of a new motor, im not that great when it comes to cars.... iv had my eye on a new shape renault laguna estate on about 52-53 plate, any advice on what to look out for? and what engines are the most reliable etc thanks in advance

Just saw your post.
I've got a 54 plate laguna sports tourer estate. Had it for 3 relatively trouble free years.
Look out for track rod ends(had both done on mine)
Check that all the electrics work.
They are quite heavy on the front tyres,on my second set.
But great for outting your tackle in.Loads of space.
I would not bother with a petrol, always get the diesel one.(130bhp's a good one)

Like daz says mate get a laguna mate you will not regret it. Mine was very good on fuel.
