There is quite a lot of fisheries up for sale; some are very well known.
Some don't even get an enquiry.
I think some of them only put them up for sale just to see what anyone will pay for them, - it's usually nowhere near as much as they think they are worth.

Quite a few fisheries are on land (or water ) that is of no use for anything else other than pools.

There are fisheries all over the country in the estate agents hands, some for ages.
