Its the best silvers venue in the north west dave Image Image its unreal on 3 or 4 of the lodges in winter for roach and skimmers when the carp hibernate. Top class carp venue in the summer .... waggler/pole/feeder ....commons/mirrors/ghosties,

In the right hands the place could be a gold mine !

Dodge,

There is quite a lot of fisheries up for sale; some are very well known.
Some don't even get an enquiry.
I think some of them only put them up for sale just to see what anyone will pay for them, - it's usually nowhere near as much as they think they are worth. Image Image

Your right there bill ;) they havent a got a chance of getting anywhere near the asking price .........

If someone does get it who knows what they are doing it would be a sound investment for sure. they may even make a few bob in the cafe Image Image Image Image Image

Quite a few fisheries are on land (or water Image) that is of no use for anything else other than pools.

There are fisheries all over the country in the estate agents hands, some for ages.

Who wants to buy a high risk stack of work? Image
