There is quite a lot of fisheries up for sale; some are very well known.
Some don't even get an enquiry.
I think some of them only put them up for sale just to see what anyone will pay for them, - it's usually nowhere near as much as they think they are worth.

they havent a got a chance of getting anywhere near the asking price .........

If someone does get it who knows what they are doing it would be a sound investment for sure. they may even make a few bob in the cafe

Quite a few fisheries are on land (or water

) that is of no use for anything else other than pools.

There are fisheries all over the country in the estate agents hands, some for ages.

Who wants to buy a high risk stack of work?

sod it I've looked at it 750,000 peanuts I'd rather buy lake view and make it floodlit and put warm water in it in the winter
