Sensas Canal Masters is almost finished the qualifying rounds with one more competition on the 1st of March before the final on the 15th of March . The competition has been a great success despite the really cold conditions anglers have turned out in there numbers hoping to Qualify for the final . Talking about the final it's a pretty impressive line up of top canal anglers from all over the country . This weekend saw the 5th round take place and with conditions improving so did the sport with most anglers catching fish . Andy Beesley made it two wins out of two and must be hot favorite for the final with a catch of 4kg 340g pegged at staples Andy had a good run of roach and perch at 11 metres over Bloodworm and Joker . 2nd place Simon Woodliffe 3kg 880g also found roach and perch feeding just two pegs away from the winner. Darren Massey another in form angler had to wait until the last hour before the fish moved into his peg finishing with 3kg 750g all over Bloodworm and Joker
