Thanks for the response guys my partner didn't want to fish if bloodworm allowed. Is it also banned on the Erewash final?

pretty sure it's banned all through the competition
the loughborough canal will be a good one to be on it normally fishes its head off in April ..

Any tips on the loughborough canal Joff? I've never fished the LSAS section even though I'm fairly local. I did dig out your article from a while back in Pole fishing mag

It will be good in April adzee if you remember last year I had the semi final landed on us in April Sam had finished fetching B/J so it was very limited . Some sections 6lb didn't get you half way in the section . Plenty of bread caster and lobby fish
