Now dont all get too excited but I have booked Woods lake at Colemans for the 6th June and it is also the date for the Ladies national on Stepford lake.

are you aware that the match at monks on 30th march
is on easter week-end. We were just looking as Alders have a festival on that week-end

No I wasnt Mick. That was the only bank holiday I hadnt marked on my calendar. Ill ring them tomorrow and try and change it to 6th April.

Thanks Kev it was a typing error. Im not sure if I did the right thing by taking that date but at least Mugger will have something nice to look at and photograph while he is struggling.

Need your input guys. I have provisionally booked Claygate Lake Sophie in May. This lake is mainly silvers and F1s.

Are you happy to fish it ? Post here ASAP

Lake Sophie is a snake shaped lake consisting of 30 well designed swims (ideal for pole fishing), and like all the other lakes on Claygate Fishery it has been well stocked with a large variety of different species.

The largest carp on this lake is approximately 16lb, there are Tench of 8lb plus, chub of 3lb plus, along with a Barbel to 4lb, there are also Bream 11lb plus, perch of 2lb plus, along with a healthy stock of skimmer bream and other silvers.

Sounds OK to me

Monk lakes has been changed to 6th April to avoid easter.

looking good mr chairman. Just to let you know next year the week end matches at alders are changing from sat to sun so you might be able to get a date for a sat. As you can see i am a mind of information so if you need to know anything else you just can ask?

I was aware of that Mick and hopefully I can get a saturday date as that will make the travelling an awful lot easier for some of us.

I did leave a message on Trevors phone last week but he hasnt got back to me. I will try and get in touch with him again.
