Last fished bridgey in 80's plenty of fish to be had in manc...however.
Top saection above Warrington wiz runnin a tad clear..to say the least!!!
Counted dozens of matteresses... Honestley top section was that clear >:(

I might be wrong here but the last National on the Bridgwater Canal was on July 8th, 2006. It was the NFA Intermediate, Junior and Cadet National Image

Yepp , thats the end of Timperley straight opposite Sale station Image then got Sale boats length and St Pauls through Sale station bridge ...... think the "straight" from Timperley to Sale town center is approx 4 mile long Image. The bridgy gets wider and deeper once into Trafford Park and up the "arm" into Manchester city center Image
