My old brilo box.
Looked at my old brilo today and it looks knackered, after careful thought I've decided to retire it, it's been a good servant for the last 15 years and I'd never get rid of it.
I reckon I could never get a box to sit on that was so reliable and comfy that I've decided that I'm not going on any more matches, might have the odd session down the cut but nothing serious.
Match fishing has been a major part of my life ever since I first joined a club aged 8 so I'll definitely miss it, most of all I will miss the banter with the good friends I've made over the years.
Ive been thinking about packing it all in for quite some time and when the buzz has gone then it's not worth carrying on.
And dodge, I know you've had your eye on my box for quite a while but it's not for sale, it's stopping at home with me.

Ya can't retire Lee !!!
Who will i ponce Joker off now ?
Keep your chin up mate, and never say never,i'm sure you'll miss it and make a comeback in the near future.
Remember when this pic was taken ?
Me and Teapot were just about to share your brekkie as you were 40 minutes late, they even had to put the draw back 1/2 hour cos of your navigating skills.

Look here Lala, Lou, Lester, Ludwig, Les, Louise, Larry, Luigi or whatever your crappity smack name is, think of all that banter we've had at the next pegs.
Get yer crappity smack ass in gear and take up Kev's offer, - I've loads of crappity smack names beginning with L I ain't used yet
