we all know what has happened over the last couple of weeks about a topic i posted on this website and it shouldn't of done in views of some and took this matter up
as soon as i had been informed i did everything to put this matter right and as quick as i could
looking back i had over stepped the line but purely by accident one could say i went with the flow of the topic ,looking back the topic did start well
as everyone knows me on the match circuit i would never try to tarnish or up set anyone or company
i didn't question there actions as i felt from a personal point i had over stepped the line
and full filled all the actions against the said company quickly
however since this action i have had numerous phone calls about this matter and all totally untrue rumours of a 5 figure sum exchanging this is a total lie and is tackle shop talk
i have inquired about some of the laws about the Internet and some are interesting to say the least
i also now that client confidentiality should be up held Ive never said a word about the contents of the letter and never will
as far as i'm a ware this matter is closed now
i will not be associated with this said company ,products or fishery so please don't mention them on my topic's in the future it might course unrest
i also think it was a very low act to ask a close friend for my address without telling him what its for!
i hope everything works out from here and i can get on with my hobby

As for all the other stuff I don't what it is about but I think I can guess, just keep fishing.

Richie, joff had a solicitors letter from a bait company after posting on here what he thought about the product.

well done joff , but im 100% sure that if you type in " without prejudice " before you proceed with statement they can do nothing because its just an opinion

"Without prejudice" thanks again for all the emails and text messages of support plus the endless phone calls. I can't believe how far this has gone over 4 websites have covered this topic one way or the other.But like I have said I've paid the price whether they have received it I've not heard I had two working days which I did.so the matter is closed,but again I hear yesterday for a friend of a friend that this said giant company is now trying to ban me off website one person against the mighty company how sad is that so this could be my last post under joffmiester I wonder now who is damaging who here , again thankyou all for your suport

i have a cheque that needs returning ASP !!!
