Never fished this pool before sounds like there are some big fish there.
I run the opens up brock pegs to draw are 1 / 5/7/9/12/21/25/27/29/31/33/35 all capable off winnig with good anglers on them but peg 35 is the flyer so is peg 5 and 7 take corn fish this down the edge and over to islands feed pellet corn open water all i would fish from now till october would be paste over pellet one 5mtr line and a 11mtr line you can catch shallow some times there are fish on every peg i grew up on the venue its a hard fishery but there are loads off fish there to be caught and big fish to expect at the moment anythin from 70lb to 150lb to win it . i have won off almost every peg up there keep it simple and youll catch depths dam wall 7ft then goin up the side the islands 5ft to pe 25 then to 4ft to peg 30 th shallows up to 2ft on peg 35 if you draw that put heavy gear on try peg it so you have plenty room ie every other peg if you can or 2 miss one the match record for that pool is 186lb off peg 57taht was by a club last year i have the open match record last year as well with 157lb caught on paste out and corn down thed edge

well boys girls , after hearing how poorly it fished on saturday i was advised to change back to the top pool , this was done as soon as the shop opened by cedric
the owners were concerned so contacted the club who fished it on sunday , 119lb won another 100+ and several weights over 60lb

on further inquiries it appears that the cookley match was pegged in such a way that the islands were over-loaded , this may have played a small part in the results on the day with the fish moving to the quiet area's , guess we will never know

looking forward to the top pool , never been on it , but dissappointed were not on the bottom one , :(
