Anyone Fancy ANOTHER Grueller
Section to be confirmed Glyn.......either (I think)
a) The Kennels on the Extension
b) or meet/park up on the junction of the two canals and we could fish either the Wyrley & Essington (common) or the bottom end of the Extension dependent on conditions

Right guys – having consulted with a few I’ve made another executive decision…………wow, that’s two in a couple of days, that’s me spent for another few weeks………..
It’s b) above – meet by the canal house on the junction and we’ll take a rain check. If the Common is aok that’s no 1 choice, if its blowing a hoolley we’ll fish the more sheltered bottom of the Extension
Normal 9am draw, fish 4 hours 10am to 2pm
Be interesting to see how we fare……….

Get those google maps up again Josh.
From Wood Lane if you look (east) along the common where the Cannock Extension joins The Wyrley & Essington you will spot a canal house. From the house there is a track that leads upto Norton Road, just the one side of the Fingerpost Pub bridge

Think they repacked the track last year - just take it steady Josh incase - but I've never had any problems and my one car is 'low'.............it's probably the way Sterling wizzes down it

Just spoke to Gaz Shep..........
Might be two nets tomorrow
There's still some colour in it and he had 40lb plus on Wed, with a fair few tincas and bremes
There's a guy fishing rod and line this morning having plenty of bites, but just roach and perch
He reckons we'll sack up in the morn

No Josh, Just another step along the way
Wonder what Zorro, Heinzer & TK did differently to you ?
Compare what you did to what they did. They'll tell you no problem.
Sometimes you may not have done much different and it's just the peg, other times quite a bit or just one or two small things that make quite a difference.
You can learn some more each time you go.
I've learned loads from fishing these matches off everyone else.
It may not look like it from my 12oz but I'm better on the cuts than I was.
If you want to, you can never stop learning and improving and you're keen
And ..personally, I can't wait to get out again

josh you don't needto make liccy for every match. Go down asda, tesco ect and bu a couple of loafs of the cheapest home store bread (ie asda is smart price). You should get a few loafs for a quid. Take them home and liccy them like you normal then freeze it all. Ever time you go just take some much out to use then when you get home refreeze it and so on etc etc
