Simple Match Fishing Forum Cut 'Championship' 2012

TK and I have consulted the crystal ball and decided a date for next years SMF championship match. We hope that everyone can make it again and make it the excellent match it was last year and the previous year.

Same format as last year. Draw at Fishley Lane where there is off road secure parking. Draw now at the Cannock Extension Canal about 2 miles away - Lime Lane Norton Canes/Pelsall

After the match its off to Harrisons club for the presentations and some drinks and food.

The date is July 1st 2012
On the Wyrley & Essington again Cannock Extension Canal
9am Draw, Fish 10am to 3pm

put me down for both matches. I see you've sorted the burgers and beer, and the map BUT have you sorted the de gluer out to open the lock so we can get to the venue

So if a couple of us Londoners wanted to come up on the Saturday would we be able to get a bit of practice in and could someone store our gear safely overnight ?
160+ miles and 2 1/2 hours each way would be a bit much for me in one day.

Pellet and paste will work well on this section if you are man enough to try it as theres plenty of big bream and tench and the odd carp in the section
