no worries Simps
fished on the river side pegs 1-26
was blowing hard down the lake making it near impossible to fish the pole.
waggler was out of the question due to the wind so ended up fishing cage/open ended feeder all day at about 40-50 yards where some carp had been crashing.
fished very hard with winner having 18lb odd - 2nd 17lb and a bit with myself 3rd with 13lb
lost a decent 10lber early doors which broke me off
2 casts later lost 3lb F1 which shed hook just as i was about to net it
ended up with 1 roach and 1 perch off the pole line some how and 3 small carp and 7 skimmers/bream all on worms on the feeder
will go back but only with a bit less wind

I would like to get back there to fish again.
Bloody wind always ruins the day, I would rather fish in the rain than the wind
