there is a break away league for the drennan super league the final was at tunnel turn farm i hope it made the press yet i've seen no results in any press coverage or internet coverage on any site come this is a big competition
if it dosen 't get to the press whats the point
i know ropas boys came second and i'm not sure if chaveys boys won it :Dbut unless anyone produces the result sheet who knows

Greg Meenehan was there taking pics all day so i suspect it will be in next weeks Anglers Mail. We had a few bomb outs to finish 3rd on the day. I had my usual pants peg and was third overall ::)

Joff, it will be covered by the Anglers Mail in this weeks issue probably`s. If anybody wants to get a league back up and running and enter next year contact Mark Harper at Thatchers. Next years final will be at Woodlands Lakes Thirsk. First 3 teams from each league go through. Results from what I remember.
1st Preston Innovation Thatchers 26 pts
2nd Browning Quaker 28pts
3rd Shakespeare 33pts

Im a plonker arent i!? I thought id give you all a chance and decided to kick it in half rather than step over it. Doh! I then went on to snap a top kit in half at Colemans on the UK Champs... in front of the cameras. "You're not going to show that on TV, are you" i asked. "Er, yes we are!" was the reply... Still i had the last laugh at the end I suppose...
