Saturday i am going to Meadow Pool @ Heronbrook has any one been recently and know what the current method is some say its pellet some say red maggot?

Pellet I've heard, a mate has done very well recen tly and says the 4mm pellet works best feed micros and have some crushed pellet incase its very hard. Pick a couple of far bank swims and look to take a few fish of each before trying another as they won't stay too long. Scale down rigs .14 or possibly .12 the pegging will have the biggest effect I think. Good luck
