just a thought TK what about a mystery pairs competition on the day as well

in holland we all fish the same matches individually then we put 5 euros in the fruit bowl
when we return from the match, we used ping pong balls and drew names out the pair with the best weigh won

it was good as some did well and other didn't but could still win

we'd have to use peg numbers TK or just put all the names in a hat we had a 28kg winner of the match and he drew out bostick [his names glue]who unfortunately only had one bream the next pair had a 14kg and 15kg and beat them its soon clear who's won

Easy way TK is for you to select peg numbers to fish as pairs the day before the match( split the match length into 2 sections and draw them out yourself or get someone impartial to do it so that each pair has one from each section.
Put the list in a sealed envelope and only open after the match. That way it saves the hassle of 2 draws on the day as the normal peg draw will decide who fishes with who.

Your welcome TK. Mind you you need to make sure there are the exact number of pegs for those fishing. If there is an odd number fishing then put all the pegs back in the hat except the odd one and draw a peg out and they then partner the odd one and get 2 chances of winning.

Either side of Fishley Bridge Keef - down to Freeths Bridge and up the wides heading back to Wood Lane

(We park up at Fishley lane Bridge - I've a key off BWB that gives us access to that part of the canal)

fish are still spawning around here yesterday i went to brooksby the home of the original F1s F2s were the fishery collage boys look after the pool
jesus spawning you couldn't fish the margins it was that aggressive

while i was there they returned afew fish after taking the spawn from them
