Thats right i'm actually going fishing in the morning

First time this year and first time for a few months. ::)

Just happens to be the start of the coldest spell for years. ::)

Only local as well (10 mins drive) makes a change from the normal 2+ hour drive each way.

It's actually a water that gem and me have fished a couple of times called Riverside.

Just got to go and sort out my bait now as i've actually prepared some rigs for a change.

Think COLD will be an understatement....

At the moment the Temp gauge out the back reads -4 and the forcast for today here is highest -1 with wind chill feeling like -11 but then again it's ALWAYS windy and COLD in the Valley.

Me and Gem dropped my sister and her fella off at Heathrow terminal 5 this morning.
Going down the M40 We could see all the cars on the car park at rolfs......
The just before junction 8a we overtook a very surprised Steve Wilson lol. We tooted and waved and his face was priceless

We were gonna call and see you on the way back Steve but it was too cold

Did you hear us beeping as we went past

4 hours there and back. Terminal 5 is a pleasure to go round. So easy.

He turned up on time (5 min's early)

He done some peparation for the match, i got pegged next to him. There was no hope for anybody before the match even started

He scaled down line's and hooked a good fish on feeder, that he lost, because he couldnt stop it

Well the NEW PREPARED me is now active and here's the result.

The monster was perfectly foul hooked under the chin on a size 14 B611 hook with double 6mm pellet.
