with the teams of eight nearly here ,i spent most of last night looking at ways to make the sections as far as i could.its not until you start writing them down that you realize how hard it is  :o :o ::) ::) :-/ Image
sections that can be used but remember i don't want to over fish it,the semi is only eighty pegs so we will have plenty to choose from.but the teams of eight could be as many as 16 teams thats 128anglers  Image
section 1 barrow canal no problems there this will be paper pegged 1 to 16
section 2 pillings 5,6 8,9 11,12,14,15,17,18,20,21,23,24,26,27
section 3 pillings 29,30,32,33,35,36,38,40,42,43,45,46,48,49,51,52
section 4 the tins walking from the scrapyard but not as far as the tins
70,71,73,74,76,77,79,80,82,83,85,86,88,89,91,92
section 5 millers 95,95,bridge 99,100,102,103,105,106,108,109,111,112,114,115,117,118 walk over
section 6 scrapyard 120,121,123,124 wires 128,129,131,132,134,135,137,138,140,142,144 145 bridge
a few pegs are missed at this point
section 7 158,159,161,162,164,165,bridge 170,171,173,174,176,177,179,180,182,183 bridge
section 8 this is where it gets tricky
189,190,192,193,195,196,198,199bridge 206 207, 209,210,212,214,216,217 bridge
section 9 boat pub this is the biggest problem as if i go 2pegs miss a peg i can't get 36 pegs in from the boat to h/plant hire Image
this section might have to be rotated
ie 221,222,224,225,227,228,230,231,233,234,236,238,239,241,242,243
or
231,232,236,237,239,240,242,243,245,246,248,249,251,252,254,255
after that we are are on paper pegs
swingbridge 1 to 16
the boats at swingbridge 17 to 32
below bishops meadow lock 1 to 16
and thats all the pegs we have, now the other way is to put every peg in this way every peg see's some bait

the pegs are too close to use every peg, 12 yards between pegs aint enough on a cold clear canal....

One question..

tried odds and evens lee it makes the sections miles if poss i want to be able to see my section then you can make decisions throughout the match if needed we all know that the pegs can't be the same we have good areas and bad like the boat i would rather be every peg than in the same section but miles away Imagedo you see my point yes the boat could fish crap but most of the time its the best area Image Imageits going to do my head in Image Image
