Well well well, I ain't having a good weekend Image :(
I have fished in some sh!t weather but today topped anything from before.
John did the draw and after a little bit of a mix up which i'm sure he will explain we drew 9,19 and 29.
I was on the end peg and it was renowned for been crap as after everyone asked me which peg I got and I told them they burst out laughing  :( :(
Only took one photo today and that was of my peg, here it is...

Image
Stop on the 3 mtr whip and 6 mtrs down the track and ................scrat  Image

That's exactly what I did as it was far too windy to do anything else anyway. Punch did not produce, same with the caster. The only thing I could get a sniff on was double fluro pinkie down the track.
I still managed to get 5 oz  Image Image 10 perch for 5 oz, better than a kick in the balls I suppose  :D
I didn't stick around to see what won as I wanted to get home and hit the beer to drown my sorrows Image Image

Well that just topped off a excellent weekend of fishing he he   :D :D

[edit]The water was still gin clear too[/edit]

Well mate, I told you when you rang that you did well off it. I just hope I don't draw it next time as I'm in that section on the last match. The draw wasn't all down to me because as I drew 9th in the draw order I was last to draw and there wasn't a peg left in the bag and when we looked into why, it was because good old Jack Brittain left a peg in the envelope and it would happen to be peg 9 wouldn't it. if it had been in among the rest someone else may have drawn it and not me. They wouldn't re draw as half the blokes had left the cafe for their pegs. we need a good result on the last match but we can still win if the top 2 have a bad result, we're only 5 points behind 2nd place I think but not sure about 1st place points, something like 12 points in front.

2 poles got broke in the wind and a big Poplar tree blew in from the far bank between peg 2 (my bro) and peg 3. He nearly S**T himself lol and couldn't relax for the rest of the match.

Roll on next Sun lets see what happens. Image

Well I am still looking forward to it anyhoo Image
Just keep an eye on Jack on the next draw hehe ;)
Every week he does something funny, But however during the last 10 mins of the match he was standing behind me
setting the scales up and getting ready to weigh in, the wind lifted my spare sections of my roost and he caught them out of midair Image So fair play to him for that Image
