Club Fees
With membership numbers falling, I have been looking at the likely income and expenses for the upcoming season. It is very difficult to try and predict numbers turning out, but using a best guess of an average 11 or 12 we will have a shortfall of £50 to £100 ( the more that turn out the bigger the shortfall ).
There are 2 options
1) Raise the annual fee to £40 which would raise an extra £60 to £70
2) Raise the match fee from £6 to £7 which would raise £150 to £170
I suggest option 1 is better and should cover us and I will review it half way through the season to see how we are doing with numbers.
Any comments ???
Can everyone please confirm they are rejoining this year.

Re: Club Fees
Dave.
For me I would take both increases would only be around £20 a year per man. If it means the club keeps
going then it has to be worth it.
As for Regular guest I didn't join last year as I knew i would miss to many matches but will be back again this year.

Re: Club Fees
Same as the others Dave I'm willing to pay both if it keeps the club going, also nice to have a little Bit in the kitty
Re: Club Fees
Dave,
Without wishing to interfere and to save messing about with a load of coins I would leave the membership fee at £35 and then collect £10 at each match, that way you could have an extra pound for the match fees and an extra pound for the pools.

Re: Club Fees
The extra £ could always go into the cruise fund which is a bit depleted at the mo.
