Sensas River Soar Masters 2016



There is something special about this competition and this year will be no different . I'm not going to say the fishing will be easy but every angler entering this competition will have choices to make . Plus have every chance of making the final if they make that right choice on the day. Loughborough soars water Sutton lane end will be used sections of Eight anglers with the winner from each section qualifying for the final . Early river Season fishing can be rewarding especially the wild river Tench . Sutton is one place where the Tench have grown in numbers . Plus massive shoals of roach and bream that are present although can be hard to find . EA have assured us that Sutton holds a massive amount of fish let's hope conditions favour us better than last year !
As the Fish-a-mania weekend has now been cut with no international competition on the Sunday . We can pop another qualifier in making it six in total this year .

it's another year hopefully not so windy every sunday who knows how it will fish this year one thing is for sure don't discount what you think is a bad draw Mark Perkins won off a peg he wasn't going to .Remember 6 rounds yes individual money on each round but the object is to win your 8 peg section TO GET TO THE FINAL
We did look at putting some of the natural and decided against it the land owners didn't want us parking in there fields because of the animals and the hay, two its very weedy and boat traffic would be bad, three the longer we leave the other parts of the river the better the winter league will be plus it will save a lot of miles driving . Hopefully talking to the pub in Sutton there might be a chance of driving down the field in the low numbers for this series.

The sections are also pretty fair down at Sutton and comfortable fishing for all.winner could come from anywhere
