I couldn't fish, but went and weighed in for 11 hardy souls who had a little knock up on the extension yesterday. When I got there 4 had already succumbed to the freezing conditions, and those remaining were wrapped up like eskimos, and praying for the whistle :rofl :rofl

Organiser OBI had his usual end peg (think he has overtaken Tricast and Blues now for end pegs) :whistle :whistle

Odd fish being caught, mainly small, and the wind was playing havoc with any proper presentation.
Top 3 on the day:
1st Venue expert Cotti with 3lb 4oz of nice chunky caster fish.
2nd a net full of sardine sized Rudd and Roach for 2lb 10oz.
3rd was Mr Inconsistent KOD with 1lb 10oz of mainly one Perch :rofl :rofl
Well done for sticking it out lads :thumsup :thumsup

Thanks to everyone that turned up in what was a very very cold day, Good to see a few new faces ( Bullahs mates) Geez he must of been busy Friday night on facebook sending all those friends requests out :nana ;D ;D

Bit of a cock up at the draw but it worked out ok in the end, cheers Mr V for doing the weigh in :thumsup and thanks to Tricast who some how managed to wangle himself out of the end peg :thinking .
Plenty of fish about but just would not feed right and noticeably the winner was able to present his bait at the back of a moored barge out of the wind so getting better presentation, Well done Cotti :tiphat ,
Good to see Tk down the for a bit of moral support for all us wind swept daft buggers :D

Cold ain't the word.... I drew opposite "Tiller Tart", couldn't buy a bite over and manages about 20 fish for 10oz 8dr
Mainly micro roach to pinkie on a 4 m whip rig, due to the water clarity
Still, a bad days fishing beats a good days work every time :cheerleader
