Last match of the season on Monk Match Lake 4. We need to have 15 fishing to get the whole lake. So how many of you fancy a possibly cold windy day out ( It may be hot sunny and calm but I wouldn't guarantee it.)
I haven't fished it for some time so have no current information on it. Has anyone any idea of the café arrangements these days. The website says the new food bar is open 7am to 7pm but that may be old details and the same as we are used to .

Burger van is still in operation but I did notice on my last visit ( the claygate match) that some people were getting breakfasts on plates and eating them in the café area.

Well we are very short on numbers tomorrow with only 10 of us. I have spoken to Monks and agreed that we will leave the road bank free for day tickets. From past experience I would also leave the "Corner of death" out as well so we will use pegs 136 to 152 which gives us room to spread out. Hopefully we will catch a few but I wouldn't bank on it.
