Got in and chucked my gear away and switched on the box at 10.25pm.

Got there in plenty of time, despite being lathered having raced from Tipton.
Nice ripple on our section which MrV had pegged out. Always fancy a few fish from that area – aint fussed what peg – the less walking the better.
Pulled out 11 – only a couple of pegs to walk.
Nice weed cover on inside.
Set 4 rigs up – 2 punch lines at 6 mtrs just down inside shelf and 9 mtrs down the track. Set same rigs again but in 2lb straight thru rigs for fishing at 2 olock on chop and caster.
The off – fed all lines and whilst doing so MrV hooks a 1.5lb bream first put in on the punch.
Me…………I miserly small roach on punch, 1 small caster roach a few see thru perch on chop worm and the kiss of death when I couldn’t buy a bite – a Daddy Ruffe – the fruits of my 3 hours..
It fished rock hard, chap from Pelsall fished corn & pellet – 3 bites for 6lb odd.
MrV was second with3lb odd after snaring another bream/roach hybrid.
Cotti 3rd I think with just under 2lb of minute roach – all those clonkers he’d been having had deserted him
Anyway – onto next week – now on Tuesdays due to demand/request
