Rycroft Fishery Silverfish winter league 2014_2015

Shown below are the details for a silverfish winter league at Rycroft Fishery this coming winter.

We have tried to make the dates ( which are all Saturdays) so as they don't clash with the Erewash valley league and the Meadowlands league.

We have got the usual Carp lake plus the Old Canal and if numbers go above 30 we should be able to get extra pegs on another lake.

Some of the dates after Xmas have changed on this as Meadowlands dates have changed and we didn't want to clash with that or the Erewash Valley League.

Spoke to Swinno yesterday, we've got 24 on this up to now and there will have to be a waiting list after 30 till we find out if we can get an extra lake so dab in quick if you were thinking of fishing.

about those redworms, that churchyard i cant get any now cos the grass cutting is done by the community service nesbits and its gone to pot. If i was at home you could have had some out of my heap with pleasure.

whiteacres brill as usual. The fishing is awesome considering the park is rammed.I ain't bin fishing well, very poor actually, cocked up and cost myself money on Sunday and Monday. But i,ve won twice at trewaters, was7th in the rover,(smallmatchwith 173 fishing). Tmrws rover got 185 fishing! Cant see me ending up.on twin oaks 16ðŸ˜…ðŸ˜…ðŸ˜…ðŸ˜…ðŸ˜…ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

No.probs. Be sound for the festivals cos they fish till 5 and get loadsa room not rammed in every peg like us and they clear the islands so its an easy chuck not struggle to get tight in. Twin oaksis a nightmare at the moment on some pegs. Oooh ain't i a bitch moaning lolol ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I,ll see you soon and report inðŸ‘ðŸ‘

not a flyer mate. drew 108 out of 185 on the rover so not a lot left, got on twin oaks 4 which aint the best

couldn,t get anywhere near the far bank cos of line on the far bank .
lost 2 feeders before the start clipping up and 2 fish on it during the match.
I had 51lb nicking fish from here and there but cud def have had a lot more if I cud have got tight over which is a bit galling cos only 59lb was last in.
same happened on last weeks rover when I was on twin oaks 8. had virtually nowt for two hours until I lost my third carp on line and it cleared some of the line from in front of me so I could get tight in after which I sacked and had 70lb in the last 2 hours to just sneak in the money.

it really is bad in some parts cos the park is so busy with virtually every peg fished every day so the fishery team cant get in to clear it. maybe they should just give casting lessons lol.

Sounds woeful mate, that should be sorted out by the people who look after the fishery, you repiorted it?

yeah they know but to be fair the park is so busy they,d have to close lakes to do it and they,d be denying people who,ve paid for holidays pegsfor fishing.
they,d prob be better giving casting lessons cos some of the anglers think a gud cast is hearing a splash lololol

this is filling up so if anyone hasn,t let Swinno know don,t leave it cos once we,ve told Brooksy we don,t need a third lake that's it, it will be capped at 30

there's 36 on this now so well be needing the third lake.

We want to start getting the money in now so. Quite a few have paid but it would be good to get most of it in before the first match to save time.
