Get well soon Deadpeg

Just had a call from Deadpeg, who's lying in a hospital bed.

Whilst some of us were 'moaning' about the fishing on Sat, poor old Deadpeg was fighting for his life - certainly puts things into perspective

Whisked off by the paramedics first to Stafford, he was then rushed to Stoke, where he still 'resides', but thankfully 'on the mend' tonight

I'm sure all the members will join me in wishing Deadpeg a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him on the bank again

Just off the phone from speaking to John. He is a very lucky boy from what he was saying. He is back at home now, and on the mend, which is great news.
Seems in good spirits, and great to hear him having a laugh about the terrible wind that was emanating from North Staffs hospital over the last few days.....apparently they have sealed the area off for decontamination.
