Fished at Passford res again with Goodyears club.
I drew peg 5, where I won from at the end of last year but it was not to be today .
I set up a 10m pole line and a shallow rig plus the feeder.
Bites were slow all day whatever method I fished.
I did have 2 cracking fish though, a roach about 1 and a half pound and a tench about 3-4lb.
Also had 4 carp on the tip and some more roach.
Was lovely weather first thing but as usual as soon as we set up the wing picked up. Then about 2 hours in we had about 45mins of rain.
I finished up with 20lb something.
Tinky won with 57lb I think, plus he was on a golden peg. Well done
Only one bad thing, he will have to spend his winning on getting his number 8 section repaired on his new pole
No pictures, I took my camera but it does not work very good when the batteries are still in the charger

He was on peg 3. First time I have seen that peg win.
He also had a chub about 4lb too, it was that big I thought it was a carp lol ::)
