Hello damo,
it's nice to here that your looking at getting into team fishing.
I would start off with approaching local teams and finding out what venues they fish as not all venues appeal to everyone. If your happy with the venues they are fishing ask if you can go along with them in order to prove yourself and get to know the other members.
Personally I love team fishing and it is a quick way of learning as you will find team members are more open about venues and tactics, and there is always something to fish for even when you draw bad.
Were are you located as I'm sure there will be plenty of people on here that can help ?

Damo team fishing is great get yourself on the opens around your area if you are catching fish regularly you will soon be noticed for sure join in around the tables after the match listening to what they say especially around your area as its a very competitive with lots of teams always looking for new members.once in a team your reputation will grow but word of warning take the good results with the bad one's this happens to the best anglers don't sit and stew on the bad results put them behind you as quick as you can and move forwards Image Image Image
