You can use the money accumulated in the bank from transfers , its all part of the game and comes in very handy     

eg Ozil has accumulated a lot of money if you bought him early but has now lost his form = sell

Yas cant use what you've accumulated when playing wildcard 

Just spent two hours buildin a dogs man balls team using money in Bank + Team Value . .only to end up in Red

its not only the Fulham manager at risk today i might have to off load Bill

That sites a crappity smack joke, no games kick off before 3 today in prem but it is now " in progress " after being blocked all morning. No changes count until next week now
