Simple Match Fishing Forum

Good morning All,
Due to a lack of canal matches after Christmas Browning Lifestyle are considering running some matches on Lee Woodhouses old waters. They would be worm and joker in. If any teams or individuals are interested please let me know. Also please advise any dates we need to miss such as the Burton league or any others others. The format can be what ever you want ie Teams , Pairs or individuals.

Sounds excellent, teams would be better,
Burton league will be on Sundays every other week in the new year, best to Speak to Ted Yearby to arrange dates in between.
If you run it on saturdays just avoid the Erewash league on 11th Jan, 8th Feb, 8th Mar,

great idea steve  spoke to ted yesterday, he is going to sort out the burton league dates asap,
as Darren says teams of 4 would be good

we would probably fish from the chemicals through to Ocker Hill. Have the dates for the Burton leagues and any others that people want us to miss been sorted yet? As to the format, teams of 4 or pairs have been mentioned, what ever most want is ok. Let me know numbers please as soon as you have them or best guess. Dudders

Afternoon Lee Woodhouse, How many pegs are there on each section of canal from Chemicals to Ocker Hill please ?

31 is first peg on chemicals, 51 is on ocker hill bridge on portacabins,67 is the broken bridge opposite the grass bank, peg 101 is to the right of the bridge at moors mill lane.118 is under the lock.
