Defo Twink. Cracking cut angler and a great laugh. 
Pegged next to him at Taft farm on the T & M one day. He was sat by a wasp nest, but cos it was a noted Roach peg, he sat there for 5 hours with a spare landing net over his head. yellow stream the match too
Bet Bill can add some other daft stories about Mr Delbridge. I know it was always a great laugh after the matches when Les Joiner, Digger Bailey, Ringo, Kez etc were there
