I have had this email from Tony this morning:

Could you put on your website:

"The West Midlands Summer League has been cancelled.
The first match is only three weeks away this Sunday and I am going away before that. I do not want to get back and inform those that had entered with so short a notice. I would also have the added problem of informing all the clubs and headquarters so it is best to pull the plug on it now.
Just a quick thanks to those that had entered but without more local support there is no chance of running this type of league.

For the record these are the first match(es) I have had to cancel in over 40 years.

Disappointed to say the least.

Tony Keeling"

It's a shame that there has not been a bit more support as i for one was looking forward to this.
