Strikers Match Report - Unwicks(KC Fisheries)

This week i've been putting Viagra in my tea to stop my biscuites going soft.
Anglers were a bit thin on the ground for this weeks match on the Hunter Pool,
with some members opting for a pre arranged trip to bag up on Boddington Ressi.
They missed a close contest won by Dave Rutter with 44-14-8 of carp & skimmers
on the worm & caster, next was Kev Driver with 43-10-8 on the pellet, not far behind
on 42-12 was John Cox who bagged most of his fish on paste.
The two biggest of the day were both 9-6-8 caught by Amanda Jones & Dan Meese.
Dan was 4th overall with 34-10 which should have been 35-10, as he discovered when
arriving home that he had liberated a 1lb skimmer - always check your nets dude.
I'm told the carp in this 26 pegger run to 26lb with a good few around the 15lb mark,
also loads of bream to 2lb, the pegs are well tidy & spaced out too.
With the cricket season over i'll see you all on the next one at Woodland View.
