The results for yesterdays open river match on the Trent at Burton 41 anglers fished.



The river fished well considering the heavy rain in Birmingham on Thursday and for  3hours at 7am on Friday morning it came up around 18” and down just above normal but carrying some pace



1s                   Nick Atkins         Baileys Peg 1                                      12lb 8oz mainly nice sized roach with a few perch on the flat float and Waggler with maggot

2nd          Brian Rigby Shakespeare Sherratts Peg 19            12lb 2oz roach for 98 fish on the Wag & maggot and late in the day on the stick

3rd           Stuart Rainer Broadholme Peg 5                                11lb 4oz stick and Waggler with maggot

4th           Simon Heaton Sherratts peg 17                                 10lb 13oz mainly Waggler also the stick with maggot
