ben is that the winter league kiddo if so yes Image
i didn't have time to run the canal and river league this year but will get my finger back on the pulse next year like i said ive done quite a bit of traveling around this year and i think the fishing is just as good on our river and canal

competitions that stand out for me have been
Evesham
king of the fens
a few trent matches
i'd like to mix my fishing next year and the fens is one place that did fish well Image
so if i can work out around some of the dates it will become a full calender again Image
if anyone knows the dates that might be used for the king of the fens please let me know Image Image

Today's match at Sutton was I hard nut to crack but one angler Tony Marshell managed to put a few fish together which included a 14lb 3oz barbel Image after landing that he had a 4lb chub and a rake of big perch for nearly 15 kgs must be a fish of a life time Image
