ay up G.B. do you know what pegs you have got?
peg 1 shallowist peg on lake ,2 you have the airater if you like to chuck the pig, 3,4,5 never been the best 6 looks baron but they come right under your feet, 7,8,same as 3 to 5, 9, 10 11 bad you are stuck in a corner with nowhere to go now you are getting to all good pegs 12 to 19 all can be good. you can have them from top 2 to top4 out but if you have got them there you need some stuff.

If you fish dead magg you will need around 4 pint for 5hours, to be honest if you feed magg you will get frustrated with gobies, fished match there 4 week ago 2nd
with 46lb but fed caster 1 side and corn the other only had 2 gobies them who fed magg infested with them

What stuff u referring to moxie?????
Strong laccie n 0.15 line or corn etc

Was thinking of starting with 1/2 pt maggots to put summat in net while waiting for a choppie n caster line to start on top 7 with corn down edge and top 3.

Other than that it would be pig or loaded wagg to island with corn/caster feed

when i said you have to give them some stuff i ment
you have to give them some feed whatever you decide to
fish else you will find they will move off, laccy a 14 to 0.16
and 16 or14 loaded with 6 or 8 maggs if thats what you intend to fish, as for corn we normaly feed between 2 to 4 tins

The carp are around 4 to 6 and barble which have now grown up to around 5, these will give you the run around more than the carp, there is a few bream but there is also some chub that go 2ish they can be caught wagg shallow on double magg if they have a go

Feed heavy on inside, caster caster caster, the carp will come- plenty of gudgeon to keep you annoyed. Meat is best bait for barbel, big 10 and 12mm cubes pal- hair rig on feeder and feed in other margin. There are some huge carp that start feeding around 1hr from the end you will see them appear from nowhere, hold on though as these fish are powerful specimens. Shallow wagg is good too early in match if you can locate the many shoals of chub in there. dont bother with corn or anything that wriggles- gudgeon bother you all day. Good luck.

Cheers for that Yamo.......don't think you are allowed to feed meat tho and from what Ive heard you can only use 1Pint of pellets.

Surely the crappies will come to the corn tho?????

They allow pellet now??? Well that's changed since I last went.

I meant feed casters and fish cubes of meat over the top.

Good luck
