Strikers Match Report - Wellfield

This start of this weeks contest was a bit bizzare with two Phil Reynolds dipping in the draw bag and ending up pegged next to each othere.
Carl Crage ended up top dog on the day with 26-12 after dangling his worm in the margins.
My dad was 2nd with 13-13, the first time he has framed since the 1970s when him and a blind man were the only ones to turn up for a match.
After a slow start Graham Taylor clawed his way back in to 3rd spot with 12-12.
Kev(Screw)Driver was 4th after telling me at the start that he was going to take the venue apart with his secret frozen pellets, only to discover that the carrier bag he had took out of the freezer contained a bag of garden peas, perhaps he should try sprouts next time.
Hope he enjoyed his roast pork and pellets when he got home.
Best baits on the day were worms & pellets. I racked up another DNW along with one of the Phil Reynolds, dont know which one, couldnt tell them apart - both ugly.
Roll on the next one at Woodland View and yet another triple decker sandwich.
