I've had a gander at the receipt & paperwork that I've received and no rules are included - so sorry guys I can't help out on this one
Perhaps MrV & Tricast might be able to advise

Fished this place several times and as far as I'm aware groundbait is allowed but in moderation only through feeder or pole cup no balling in
