Simple Match Fishing Forum

Big thanks to all who turned out today on yet another windy day. Fished middle and top sections, with seven weights over 5 lbs. Lots of small roach have started to feed and were caught from most pegs with the odd skimmer. Top weight went to Brian Barton who had eight skimmers and a few small roach, fished bread punch down the track and caught steady thoughout the match. Second went to Andy Curless alternating bread and squatt, had a nice bag of small roach and a few skimmers from the far bank. Third Wayne Shippley fished squatt right over the far bank and had lots of small roach and a few perch.
