As most of you know it was the wifes 40th last night and she said "she doesn't do speeches" so never actually got up on stage to go through the ritual of thanking every body..Although she has given gifts and thanked every one personally.
She has always been a very confident person so i was surprised that when i said she should make a speech she seemed shy...
How many of you could get up in front of 100+ people and actually speak to them?

My missus got up and did a speech last week at her 40th party in front of 120 guests......she did it very well...got everyones names right etc (think the brandy & cokes helped)........she then danced to " 
irty Dancing" with one of my very yellow stream up mates who dropped her onto a table
