really enjoyed today even though i got a hard draw , the way the whole club welcomed back friends old & new was great , the start of a new season , everyone mucking in , the banter , just brilliant , thank you all
as you can see regan was top dog today , 70lb after a -6 reading over night was superb
well done to chris , drew the end of an island & the biggest reed bed ive ever seen [ nothing new there then ]
i would like to say , good luck & a speedy recovery to cedric after your operation tomorrow mate , i don't know how you got your hernia , [ but it wasen't catching fish ]

thanks folks,my report goes like this drew peg five out of the bag got to my peg decided to set up four rigs ,one right in front of me one down the edge one at 7 metres and one right over the far side that one was binned straight away as i only had about 8 inches of water.After an hour and three quarters there was no sign of a fish then out of the blue two miss bites that was it then started catching steadily for the next three hours fishing my top four with double maggot. looking forward to the next one an old favourite of mine the sycamore down at brodheath
