That was a new one on me - heard of a few strange bans - but never heard of gb being banned on the canal before. Why's that?

Cheers, it's an old disused part of a canal, so more of a long pond really, think the groundbait ban is a bit out dated, I think if they allowed people to use small amounts it would fish better as there's a good head of skimmers in there
