i dont think i will kiddo
the tank commander worked it out and he's the maths and its quite frightening
right i'm a sociable drinker so i pop in the pub most nights whether its walking the dog or a football match i always pop in .i never really drink at home and can't stand spirits so its beer all the way ,traditional beer or hand pulled beer Bass pedigree you name it never lager unless its really hot and perhaps a odd cider again weather permitting
so the tank commander gave me £30 Monday Tuesday wednesday i rarely went out [but never say never]Thursday is lads night Friday always lads night Saturday early doors with the kids then back to get the kit ready and Sunday anything can happen 
so we said £30 perhaps a little high i said
so the first week
Monday out with the dog popped in i drank 3 lime and soda[at £1 pint] just chatting home for 8.30pm £27.00 saved
Tuesday again walked the dog looked through the window and saw a couple of mates so i popped in again 3 pints of lime and soda £3 a saving of £27
Wednesday i didn't go in the pub worked late so saved the £30
Thursday night i would normally be out from 6.30 til anywhere near 11pm
so it was 5 pints of different drinks soda lime orange soda even had blackcurrant and soda a great laugh and a saving £25 [most of the lads won't let you buy a drink as its a quid 
Friday more or less the same  the odd coke along side the soda and perhaps a saving of £20
Saturday with the kids its J2os  at nearly £3 each so nothing like what ive been saving £10
Sunday again buy this time loads of money in my pocket plus its a fishing day this would be the big test and 4 pints later of coke and soda plus a saving of £20 still had a great laugh that was the first week still being sociable and a saving of £159
the 2nd week i only took £20 out with me and still saved a packet
i am amazed how much i spent on the stuff  i just goes to show what habbits can get you into 
so whether i do go back on it we will have to see
i feel a upgrade on a pole coming
