Thanks guys. 
Having a very weird and up-and-down kind of day. Supposed to be going out tonight but stuck indoors all night waiting for a technician to fix our alarm which keeps going off every 5 mins! :( 
(Update: got the engineer to fix the alarm at 1.30am! Zzzzzz)
