is there such a thing as a unanswerable question
MAX who is ten asked me a question last night why is it we have all these floods people flushing the toilets emptying the baths for all the years gone bye where does it all go

as our planet Earth is round and doesn't have any leak's so in fact the planet has never lost a drop of water or gained any extra is that right dad

The lad is right! The way I understand it, sea water evaporates into the atmosphere as clouds, dumped on the land as fresh water [rain], runs back out to sea via rivers etc. then the whole cycle starts again. Even water that is boiled converts to steam which condenses back to water so the total amount of H2O on the planet remains the same

Russia uses its gas as a huge political bargaining tool , Africa uses its poverty and famine

Oh and lastly ...... Britain now has crappity smack all to bargain with as it has sold it all off ....... we do have a crappity smacked up financial system though hence no "clout" whatsoever in world politics anymore
