Was down the park with my lad once, telling him about it.
Demonstrated it & fluked it. Flicked it up with my heels, spun around and volleyed it, sweet as a nut, like a rocket into the top angle.
He though dad was a genius. Bless him.
Couldn't do it again in a month of Sundays
