It was a lovely morning but cold! Had to deice the car haha.

Me? I blanked....not only did i blank but i didnt even have a bite!
Nothing on pellet, white or standard. Nothing on dead maggots, FP1's or even bread punch! I dont remember the last time i blanked in such style I even fished 14.5m today expecting them to have backed off with the colour dropping out like it has. Fed only small (and i mean small) kinder pots of bait. Oh well, i guess thats why its called fishing and not catching

Nah no TK near me today....at least i dont think so. Does his aura reach way beyond his local vicinity ? I did have one of his mates sat behind my today though. Mad Kevin, think he was in his club at some point. He took great pleasure in my suffering and even offered some helpfull "tips"

Aye getting hard now. Ive got to be honest i always find the first proper frost the hardest. We also had a lovely North North/W wind today which wasnt exactly warm. I think a period of garbage cold weather to get the fish used to the change and the fishing will be fine (for the time of year) its just that sudden change. Ive broke holes in 5" thick ice before now on the pool i was today and caught so i will just put it down to one of those days

Speaking of i should really get some knicker laccy in a couple of top kits and go struggle TK style on his cut this year.
